The Department for International Trade delivered the UK Pavilion at FOODEX Japan 2022 from 8 to 11 March.
Over 33,000 people visited the event, and eight UK companies from across the four nations were on display as part of the UK pavilion.

The chefs from the British Embassy Tokyo also took part, putting on a demonstration of British roast beef, Scottish salmon and Welsh lamb cawl. Participation in the show has already developed strong leads for the UK exhibitors.
Approximately 200 Japanese buyers, importers and media representatives sampled the British beef, Welsh lamb, Scottish salmon, and English stilton cheese together with three different kinds of English Sparkling Wine.
